Zampiva.com collects sales tax for items being shipped to Florida. Because we do not have a presence in any other state, we are not required to collect sales tax in those states. Please note that for all International orders, including Canada, customers must pay the shipper directly for all applicable taxes, customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, Zampiva.com cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Zampiva.com picks, packs and ships all orders within 1-3 business days. Once an order has left our warehouse, you should allow additional days of transit time as noted in the charts below. For customers that request 3-Day Express or 2-Day Express, we will attempt to ship that same day if the order is placed prior to 2pm EST (Monday - Friday), but will normally send the shipment the next business day.
