We proudly stand behind the quality product that we sell. If you are unhappy with any item you receive for any reason, we will gladly take back any unused item and refund you the original purchase price including sales tax -- no questions asked -- for 30 days. Simply return the item in its original condition for a full refund.

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping costs. In addition, we'll issue you a UPS Postage Paid Call Tag to cover the cost of your return postage.

returning a gift

If you are returning a gift, please make sure to print a Merchandise Return Form. Please complete the form in its entirety and include it with the items to be returned. When gift items are returned, we will credit the original purchaser's credit card unless otherwise instructed by you. If you are returning a gift and would like to receive the credit in your existing Zampiva account or in a new Zampiva account, please indicate this on the Merchandise Return Form.

returning a purchase

To return an item to Zampiva.com, please print out a Merchandise Return Form, fill in all of the information as best you can, and enclose the completed form in the box with the item(s) to be returned.

For your convenience, there is a pre-addressed return shipping label on the bottom of your packing slip. If you no longer have this label, our return address is provided below. For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured parcel post.

crediting your returns

Once your return is processed we will issue a credit to the purchaser's credit card within 6 weeks of receipt of your return. If you have elected to have a credit issued to your Zampiva account, it will take about 10 business days. Please indicate your preference on the Merchandise return form and enclose it with the item to be returned.

We suggest you send all returns by UPS or other shippers who can track your package. If you use regular mail we suggest you insure the shipment.
