Ordering on Zampiva.com is simple and easy. We've organized all of the steps into a few clear, and well-protected pages, so that the whole process will be smooth and hassle-free.

The Shopping Cart

The shopping cart page shows you all of the items you've collected during any particular shopping session. You can go to this page whenever you wish to review the items you are preparing to purchase, whether it's a single item or 20 items. The shopping cart will show you a picture of the piece(s) you've placed in the shopping cart, as well as a brief description, the price and the quantity. From the shopping cart you'll also be able to update the quantities of any item (either adding or removing) by selecting the button that reads "update quantity".

Unfortunately, we can only hold the items in your shopping cart for 20 minutes after they've been selected, provided that your browser remains open and at Zampiva.com. After that the items will go back onto the shelves, and if you're still interested in these you'll need to go back to the departments to purchase them again. Please remember that because we are an outlet store, we have only limited quantities of most styles and that we can sell out of a style at any time. We recommend purchasing items as soon as possible to avoid missing out on any products of interest.

To place an item in your shopping cart

Go to a product's information page, select the desired size and quantity, and click the "add to cart" button. you will be taken to the shopping cart page where you'll see the item you just added.

To delete an item from your shopping cart

Click the "waste basket" link directly to the right of the item on the shopping cart page.

To change quantities of an item

Change the number in the quantity box and click the "update quantities" button.

To purchase the items in your shopping cart

Click the "process order" button and follow the checkout instructions.

The Checkout Process

Zampiva.com uses a simple and secure checkout process to allow you to make your purchase quickly and comfortably. While we require all customers to create a Zampiva.com account in order to complete a purchase, we assure you that your information will be kept private and secure (read our privacy policy).

New customers

New customers will be asked to enter their email address and then create a Zampiva.com account. Follow the instructions from this point on to enter the shipping information, your payment information, and then review your order before placing it.

Return customers

It's easy to shop the second time around on Zampiva.com. return customers will be asked to enter their email address and then their password. You will then be whisked quickly to an order review page where your shipping and (if you so choose) your billing information will be pre-filled for you. Then in just one click your order can be placed.

Order confirmation

When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be presented with a receipt page that will have your order number on it. you will also be sent an email to again confirm your order.
